Your driver, who has been working with the riad for many years, will be waiting for you at the airport (even if your flight is delayed) and will accompany you right to the door of the riad. As access to the riads in the medina can sometimes be tricky on a first visit, this service helps you avoid getting lost or having to deal with taxis that drop travellers off far from their accommodation.
